Panashape, LLC Acceptable Use Policy

Panashape, LLC ("Panashape") is committed to providing high-quality 3D printing services. While we support the free and open exchange of ideas and products, certain activities are incompatible with Panashape’s mission to deliver exceptional service to all customers. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines prohibited activities in connection with your use of our Services.

Prohibited Activities:

1. Child Exploitation: You may not use our Services to offer goods or services, or post or upload materials, that exploit or abuse children. This includes any form of child abuse, sexual abuse, or depictions of children in a sexual manner.

2. Harassment, Bullying, Defamation, and Threats: Our Services must not be used to harass, bully, defame, or threaten any individual.

3. Hateful Content: You are prohibited from using our Services to promote hate or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other forms of discriminatory intolerance. Promotion or support of organizations or individuals that condone such hate or violence is also prohibited.

4. Illegal Activities: Our Services must not be used for activities that contravene the laws of the jurisdictions in which you operate or do business.

5. Intellectual Property Violations: You may not use our Services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright and trademark infringements.

6. Malicious and Deceptive Practices: Transmitting malware, hosting phishing pages, or engaging in activities that disrupt or harm the operation of our Services or others' infrastructure is strictly prohibited. Deceptive commercial practices and other illegal or deceptive activities are also forbidden.

7. Personal, Confidential, and Protected Health Information: Do not post or upload materials containing sensitive personal information without proper consent. Our Services must not be used to collect, store, or process protected health information subject to HIPAA or other applicable health privacy regulations.

8. Restricted Items: Offering goods or services that are ITAR Restricted Items without proper governmental authority registration is prohibited.

9. Self-Harm: Promotion of self-harm through our Services is not allowed.

10. Spam: Sending unsolicited commercial electronic messages via our Services is prohibited.

11. Terrorist Organizations: You may not use our Services to support or promote terrorist organizations.

Enforcement and Compliance:

We reserve the right to remove any materials, and suspend or terminate your account or access to our Services if you engage in activities violating this AUP. Panashape may monitor or investigate your use of our Services for compliance with this AUP and our Terms of Service. Our decisions regarding AUP violations are final and binding.

Modifications to this AUP:

Panashape may modify this AUP at any time. The revised version will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes to the AUP implies acceptance of the revised AUP. In case of conflict between this AUP and our Terms of Service, the AUP will take precedence to resolve the conflict.
